The heat is on

Delhi is hot and we have started to use the air conditioning at work. It makes us Delhite very sad as this heat will only increase and so will the humming of air conditioners all around. So, we at Toxics Link are off to the cool climes of Chail in Himachal Pradesh. It not only boasts of the highest cricket ground in India but also about a Maharaja who knew how to offset the Raj in style. In 1891 Maharaja Bhupinder Singh was barred from entering the then summer capital of India Shimla as he had gained the wrath of Lord Kitchener. Hence the Maharaja built himself a whole knew capital 45 kms from Shimla. On a clear day the magnificence of the valley is stunning. although I would be spending just a day and half this time round but I am sure for a weary city soul even that is bliss. Pictures soon once I am back, till then ciao.

Oh I hear, I hear all right! When there is no water in Vasant Kunj, even more so. Digital SLR you mean? Well, that can happen only when I get back to the corporate scene. With my current pay structure digi SLR is a dream.
